The Academic Resource Center was established in 1999 for the purposes of strengthening student attainment and gravitation towards mastery of science skills. Through serving the needs of our clients ARC has grown into a full service K-12 tutorial offering tutorial instruction, science skills workshops, test preparation and study skills. We have also enjoyed the opportunity to teach learning and comprehension techniques as well as cultivating young minds. Our focus has been to build confidence in classroom settings, orient students towards careers in math and science and expose them to entreprenural efforts.
Our motto is "Teaching You The Science Of Learning". We believe that science is a means to teach students to explore and think independently. We have developed a method, using science research, to train students to master all academic areas.
Through our workshops, ARC also seeks to become a resource to parents. With the passing of the "No Child Left Behind Act" the need to understand the importance of school performance and school choice is critical. We at ARC see this as a unique opportunity to enhance the parental understanding of learning capabilities of children.

1. train students to become academic achievers.
2. introduce science as a career option to students under the age of 15.
3. identify available academic resources and options for our clients.
4. expose children ages 5-18 to the preliminary concepts of business, financial independence and entrepreneurship.
